CONTEST PERIOD:
The Smash & Grab Challenge runs from March 1, 2025 – March 31, 2025.
ELIGIBILITY:
Open to participants aged 13 and older at the time of entry.
Challenge entries are only valid with an order from Smash House Burgers, 37th Street (dine-in only).
The challenge must be timed and verified by a Smash House Burgers staff member.
Limit of one entry per participant per day.
PUBLICITY:
By participating in the contest, participants grant permission for their information and likeness to be used for promotional purposes.
DISQUALIFICATION:
Entries that do not comply with the official rules or are deemed inappropriate will be disqualified.
Participants found to be engaging in fraudulent or manipulative behavior will be disqualified.
LIABILITY:
The contest host is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or delays that may affect the submission, selection, or announcement process.
The contest host is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize.
MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:
The contest host reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time for any reason.
LAW AND JURISDICTION:
The contest is subject to the laws and regulations of New York, USA. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York.
By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the contest host, which are final and binding.
HOW TO ENTER:
- Head to Smash House Burgers, 37th Street.
- Order a Double Smash Combo (Combo #3) and let the team know you’re here for the challenge.
- A Smash House Burgers staff member will start the timer.
- Smash it in 10 seconds or less and get it FREE.
*If you don’t finish in time, you’ll need to pay for the combo.
WINNER SELECTION:
A Smash House Burgers staff member must verify the timer and completion of the challenge to officially declare the win.
PRIZE:
The prize for completing the challenge in 10 seconds or less is the Double Smash Combo (Combo #3), which includes:
- 1 Double Smash
- Your choice of Fries or Crispy Onions
- A refreshing Beverage
